ZUMBA with Rachel Martinez
Exercise in Disguise! For Everybody and Every Body! Zumba® is pretty much the most awesome work out ever. It’s fun, effective and it is made for everyone! This unique dance inspired fitness program is designed to get you moving and grooving to the hottest beats and rhythms of the Latin and World pop music scene. It’s a whole new fitness experience that mixes up aerobic interval training moves with the funky dance styles of hip-hop, salsa, merengue, samba, tango, and mambo, to name a few, and then wraps it all up into one sizzling class. It’s what gives Zumba® that “party atmosphere” and good vibe feel.
My Zumba® classes follow the Zumba® format by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning, dance fitness party. The benefits are a total workout, combining all elements of fitness cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome!
