Exercise in Disguise! For Everybody and Every Body! Zumba® is pretty much the most awesome work out ever. It’s fun, effective and it is made for everyone! This unique dance inspired fitness program is designed to get you moving and grooving to the hottest beats and rhythms of the Latin and World pop music scene. It’s a whole new fitness experience that mixes up aerobic interval training moves with the funky dance styles of hip-hop, salsa, merengue, samba, tango, and mambo, to name a few, and then wraps it all up into one sizzling class. It’s what gives Zumba® that “party atmosphere” and good vibe feel.

ZUMBA® integrates some of the basic principles of aerobic, interval and resistance training to maximize caloric output, cardiovascular benefits, and total body toning. The cardio-based dance movements are easy-to-follow steps including body sculpting, targeting areas such as gluteals, legs, arms, core, abdominals and the most important muscle in the body, the heart.

*class times include sign in time and 45 minutes of Zumba dancing; due to limited space, please arrive on time and be sure to sign in before class begins. All Zumba classes are currently $5.
